Bathroom Remodel per square foot add-on

Bathroom Remodel $118 each square feet over 35sf -
labor & $30 credit towards material costs.
This charge is for each and every additional square-foot
included in the bathroom remodel. It is labor only but
includes a $30 credit per square foot towards the
owners material cost.
